Bottle thanks to desverger. Appearance - golden and very pale. Thin white head. Nose - light floral. Lemon. Taste - lemon and dried fruits. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - didn’t love the notes but great balance.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head on top. The aroma is sugary and fruity, with a touch of herbs and peaches. Yellow plums too. There’s a decent, but a bit low I think, bitterness in the flavor, with fruityness, tropical fruits, white sugar and a herbal, grassy note. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, semi-dry, lightly warming. Long fruity finish with some white sugar and bitterness. A decent tripel indeed. 151231
