[ As Westbrook Bearded Farmer #5: Thornhill ].Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, citrus, lemon, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, lime - citrus, dry, saison yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Draught@CBC2016. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is tart wood, citrus, some sweet wooden notes as well as mild bretty tartness. Flavour is dry wood, yeast, mild eggy as well as some toffeeish and mild bretted notes.
