Bottle. Pours nearly clear lightish amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, yeast and banana. Sweetish flavour of the same, with some bitter, hoppy notes and subtle bready touches. Rough, estery aftertaste with mildly acidic notes. Okay but nothing really extraordinary.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Schönes Nelkenaroma, leicht trockenes-hefiges Weizen. Sehr süffig, trocken mit einer tollen Kräuter-Nelkennote. Lecker

A nice sweet weizen from Bavaria. Poured into a weizen glass from a .5l bottle purchased in Nuremburg area. Cloudt golden color, minimal head, almost no lacing on glass. Very fruity aroma, and a crisp, clean bread-y taste. Feels very heavy in the mouth, but no bitterness or bite. This was a very nice weizen forma brewery I’d never ehard of. This is still available, despite "retired" status.

The bottle looks really gppd, the blue is not bad. The beer starts very vapid, but becomes fruity very fast and is then very drinkable. Good beer.
