Clear golden. Aroma is very yeasty full grain bread and some fermentation. Taste is also dough with sour starch and grain. Quite spelt forward. A bit strange...

Bottle courtesy of Jonas, cheers mate 🙋🏽♂️ consumed at home Sunday 2nd January 2022, listening to Porridge Radio - Every Bad, just cooking Pumpkin,Sage, and Italian Sausage Lasagna in the wood oven. Pours dark gold, pretty decent clarity with a white head, super soft moutheel, there is a distinct but interested hint of something with the water maybe, it's not chemical but there is a clear taint (not unpleasant might I add). There is a little tangy edge, some fruit, but all told it's an interesting beer.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey, golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Rustic, grainy, malty aroma, a yeasty, fruity touch of banana and apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, grainy, malty, yeasty fruity, hints of banana and apricot, leafy hoppy overtones. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Weizen-like with a light shift of the fruity flavours away from banana towards apricot - OK.

Bottle from Hausmann. Thin head on gold beer. Nose: slight vegetal off flavors, bready yeast. Sweet flavor, tastes like my Mom's punching bread and is very unusual. Hint of apples. Low bitterness at the end. Not bad, guess I can drink the bottle, might not buy more though.

Guter Durstlöscher an heißen Tagen.

0,5 l bottle from a local Hol´Ab! market. Murky flat golden with a two finger head in the glass. Low sweet malty and fruity smell. Taste is fruity, some sweetness, low malt in the background. Little bit dry. Thin. Above average carbonation. Again a beer from Apostelbräu, that can not really convince.

Dark blond colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour are quite light and mild. Subtle malt sweetness. An inoffensive thirst quencher.
