Poured half liter bottle into German lager glass. Swirled the sediment ( Naturtrub is German for unfiltered) final pour into glass. Beer is murky, cloudy gold with creamy beige head, with sediment floaters. Head leaves thick skin on glass. Mouthfeel is creamy/oily. This type of keller style takes the lager halfway to a hefeweizen in body. Flavor is smooth and mellow, no bitterness. Very drinkable...

Nett. 9/11/11/8/10/9 --- Beer aliased from original tick of Sudmeister Dinkel Bier on 30 Jul 2015 at 12:19 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 3.5. Original review text: Laffer hefig, hell süß brotiger Beginn. Im Mittelteil wässrig, leicht steigende Herbe, dabei verschwindet die Brotigkeit zum Glück. Dann wieder wässrig, langweilig. 10/7/8/6/9/6

03/03 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Doggythedog, thanks for sharing! It poured very blurred brownish body with smaller head and particles of yeast inside. Nice cloves and banana wheat yeast aroma, also with biscuit malt. Flavor is nice as well, estery banana yeasty, similar to a typical German Weizen, but somehow crude. Medium to fuller body, especially if you consider the style. Nice sweetish bubblegum and banana finish. Fine enough for me to look forward the next dinkel!

0.33l bottle from the InterSpar in the shopping centre West in Graz, shared with heavy Poured a murky orange colour with a small chalky white head that went away at a medium pace. Sweet banana nose, some herbal notes, malty. The taste is nice, smooth, sweet and yoghurty (like blueberry yoghurt I guess), with notes of banana as well. No bitterness, just some trace lemony acidity. Tasty, but simple and subdued and gets boring. I’d have it again.

Bottle. Sweet banana and wild wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow amber with large head. Bland malt flavor - lightly sweet/bitter finish. Interesting for its history but not spectacular.

bottle, Danke MoritzF! Hazy pale yellow, mid-iszed white head. Malty nose. Grainy, a bit sourish with some spicy hops. Fruity and malty, slightly yeasty. Quite nice.

500ml bottle at Reading BF 08. Slight hazy gold, thin beige head. Tastier beast than the standard weisse. But still fairly boring. Some bubblegum, very cereally, but hard cereal. Some decent wheat, but bit metallic. Not much finish.
