Corked bottle, from Le Tonneau Verre, Yverdon
Pale yellow color, no head retention; large bubbles perlage, turbolent; there are some floating particles. The high carbonation gives a pungent aroma; there is a delicate fruity aroma, with light hazelnuts. The mouthfeel is medium dry, the residual sweetness is very pleasant; it has a fair fruity touch, apples skins, and a moderate final astringency. Well balanced, pleasant.
