Keg at Stu Mostow, Wroclaw, 21/07/22. Clear golden blonde with a good sized white cap. Nose is lemon zest, grass, crisp and airy, pale malts. Taste comprises pale malts, cereals, lemon rind, herb, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid clean and refreshing Pils.

500 ml bottle. Almost clear light golden with a big fluffy head. Grassy floral hops, lemon zest, grapefruit, elderflower, grain, straw, slightly metallic and herbal. Hoppy bitterness, light grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bitter floral finish. A great Pilsner!

7-4-8-4-16 Bottle, L230323/603/01, eight months before bbd. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with white bread, hay and honey, as well as zesty hops with spicy notes and citrus. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread and honey, as well as zesty, herbal hops with grass, spices and citrusy notes of lemon. Lingering bitterness, with a dry finish. A no fuzz beer. Very refreshing, balanced and quaffable!

Bottle. Pours somewhat hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with touches of citrus and malt, and hoppy hints. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour (is this an actually IPL?) with notes of yeast and touches of malt. Bitter and estery aftertaste with hints of citrus. Decent, even half a year after BBD.
