Can at home. Pours very clear, light blonde. Way to pale for a marzen. Small white head, low stability. Smell is malty, sweet, but not as natural appearing to me, as I'd expect. Taste is bit bitter, sweet, malty, but again not as fresh, crisp, natural as I'd expect from a beer of this type. Tastes really cheap, but since it was a gift, I can't say if it actually was. I can only hope this wasn't priced out of it's quality.

Gift from Rimke and Jur, who took this beer home from Austria. Grainy aroma with some hops and mango. Medium bodied. Sweetish. Grainy, vinous flavor. Grapes, hint of hops, mango. Can, bought in Austria. Pale blonde. Grainy aroma with apple and a hint of syrup. Sweetish, grainy flavor with apple syrup. Thinnish, some aluminium in the aftertaste. Mediocre.

Drunk from a can, and rated, while walking in the rain in Seefeld. Decent for a high volume beer. Grain, maltiness, decent bitterness but not much hop aroma.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is grainy, grassy, floral, honeyish and slightly skunky. Pours clear golden color with medium creamy white head, great lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet biscuity and citrusy, following is papery and grassy, mouthfeel is quite smooth, while finish is medium bitter. Light body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Could be worse...

F: big, almost white, good retention. C: straw, clear. A: watery malty, bit bready. T: light malty, bit bready, grassy, light body and medium carbonation, vaguely bitter, easy forgettable beer, not for the style, more like helles or so, 33cl can from Spar in Vienna.
