Bottle from Bottle Baron (2017) and can from House Of Trembling Madness (2026). Black body with a thick tan head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of liquorice, plum, wood, chocolate and salted caramel. Flavour of dumpling, brown sugar, cherry, berries, toffee, Turkish Delight and a hint of cinnamon on the finish. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A complex, warming beer. Lovely.

Draft, half-pint in the Green Dragon Ale House, Whitby on Sunday evening, 19th January 2025. Black bodied, tanned crust, looked fine. Malty with some dried fruits and spices within it's flavours, nice Winter warmer.

Very dark brown beer, off-white head. Smell is toasted malt, a little toffee and some fruit. The malt is quite strong in the flavour too. A bit of hoppiness, some spice, a dash of citrus but not as fruity as I was anticipating. It's pretty decent but I wouldn't have guessed it was meant to be plummy if I didn't know.
