"Hebendanz Jubiläums Festbier : 1200 Jahre Forchheim, 805-2005 ", Flasche (MHD: 30.11.25) von Sagasser, FO, 7.10.2025. - Rotgold, blank; dürftige Schaumbildung. - In der Nase mildes, ja blasses toastiges Malz, leise karamellige Süße und blasse hopfenwürzige Hopfung. - Antrunk ein wenig schal aber kernig gerstig-toastmalzig mit leiser Bonbonsüße und kräftiger hopfenwürziger Hopfung, die in derbe Bittere übergeht. Mild rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang beinahe unangenehme Bittere wie von altem Hopfen. - So alt wie das Stadtjubiläum ist dieses Bier ja wohl nicht, aber so richtig frisch schmeckt es auch nicht mehr.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is toasted malt, caramel, hint of ripe fruit and spicy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Good balance between sweet and bitter, nice malt profile. Solid Festbier.

500 ml bottle as Annafest Bier. Slightly unclear with a foamy head. Caramel, toffee, candy sugar, dry citrus notes, metal. Malty sweetness, hints of metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty sweet finish. Decent Festbier.

Maß at the Annafest. Dark amber body, off-white head. Dry, caramelly, herbal aroma. Dryyy malty, caramelly, bit herbal taste. Drinkable, dry, inoffensive. What it should be, I guess!

Bottle from Meibier. Clear amber colour, white foam. Sweet malty, a bid bready, easy drinkable.

50cl bottle. A dark golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of mild caramelized dry grainy malt. Taste of dry grainy and mild caramelized malt, straw, moderate dry bitterness.

Light amber color. Aroma has malt, peach and hay. Full bodied. Again malt and peach in the flavor. Hops. Light barnyard character. The bitter aftertaste masks the nutty sweetness a bit. Anna Festbier Bottle, bought at De Bierkoning Amsterdam. Light amber color. Malty sweet flavor, firmly spiced with grassy and earthy hops, that linger on in the aftertaste. Cookie dough and pear. Soft malty, grassy aroma. A good balance. 6 – 3 – 7 – 3 – 13 --- 3.2

500ml Bottle (as Annafest Bier) - Amber in colour. Aniseed, sultanas and toffee in the aroma. Sweet and buttery taste with toffee, knäckebröd and dates. Becomes cloy and sickly after a while.
