On draught: Pale greenish-golden, lively carbonation, stable mid-sized fluffy head; a slight herbal-hoppy touch in the pale-malty nose; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft, light bodied; shy clean herbal hops and pale malt in the soft finish. One of the better brews from the Tegernsee.....

Bottled. A light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and strawy malty nose with spicy herbal hops. Bitter flavour with a light malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Initially pale malty, slightly strawy sweetness, mixed with chalky notes and a herbal hops presence; moderately dry and bitter herbal and slightly woody hoppy finish. Unspectacular German Pilsener (08.VIII.09).
