Unser Zwickl ist ein unfiltriertes, naturbelassenes helles Bier. Mit leichter, natürlicher Trübung, da es sich um ein gut ausgelagertes Bier handelt. Würziges Aroma, das sowohl an Getreide als auch an Hopfen und Hefe erinnert. Im Mund dominiert eine vollmundige Süße, die durch etwas Bittere zum Schluss ausbalanciert wird. Saisonal erhältlich.

Bottle picked up from a Getränke Ludwig Endres e.K. in Landau and consumed at home Thursday 16th February 2023 listening to Marc Riley on 6Music. Pours hazy mid gold with a clingy white head, soft mouthfeel there is a sweetness that floods through but also a tinny metallic edge. Solid beer.

0,5 l bottle as Winter Zwickl. Fat golden, little bit cloudy with a two finger white foamy head in the glass. Pale grainy with caramel on the nose. Taste ist grainy malty, increasing bitter hop, little bit fruitieness. Okay.

Tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Cloudy dark golden color, off-white irregular foam. Nose is bready malty, baked crust, cookies. Mouth: sweet malty, mild honey, a bit empty although tasty.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is wet grain, bready, a bit metallic, some grassiness. Taste is wet grain, grassy, a bit buttery, fruity, crackery. Soft creamy mouthfeel with natural carbonation. A very likeable Zwickl!

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy bright golden, rich creamy head. Fruity grassy nose with a touch of spice. Mid sweet with light-medium body and soft mouthfeel. Malt dominated with bread and mild spice. Mild bitterish finish. Harmonious and pleasant.
