Unser Zwickl ist ein unfiltriertes, naturbelassenes helles Bier. Mit leichter, natürlicher Trübung, da es sich um ein gut ausgelagertes Bier handelt. Würziges Aroma, das sowohl an Getreide als auch an Hopfen und Hefe erinnert. Im Mund dominiert eine vollmundige Süße, die durch etwas Bittere zum Schluss ausbalanciert wird. Saisonal erhältlich.

Bottled 500ml. -from Biervana Munich. Unclear yellow/golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild grainy yeasty nose. Sweetish malty, mild fruity, grainy and yeasty with heavy carbonation. Some notes of caramel near the end. Pretty ordinary.

bottle from pivnizub! Clear golden with a white head. Malty and hoppy, quite dry and slightly grainy, with a yeasty fruity touch.

Bottle, danke Günther! Honeyish malt and fine flowery noble hop aroma. Cloudy yellow, fine carbonation, rocky white head. Medium dry sparkly body. Grainy and fruity base, grassy bitterness, aromatics retronasal. Really nice.

On tap @Mad fior Beer (Rome). It pour golden with a little white head. Aroma is malty, bread, biscuits, honey, some grass notes and strawberry. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitter end, a bit watery, it lacks depth. Low body, medium carbonation. Nice.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tart-ish, grainy aroma, a touch of lemon. Taste is minimally tart-ish, grainy, subtle sweetness, a bitter medicamentous touch. Light, fresh and drinkable but rather expressionless.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Biscuity and slightly juicy malty aroma with hints of caramel and a touch of herbal hoppy and yeasty spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft, well-carbonated mf. Mildly bready malty taste with subtle fruity spots and a tinge of floral and delicately spicy hops in the background; sweet malty and mildly bitter hoppy finish with traces of biscuits in the aftertaste. Easy-going and rounded brew. 01.III.15

Bouteille: Golden, hazy, slowly collapsing big rocky off-white head; sweetish grainy-dusty nose with some spicy edges underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft and nearly medium bodied; mild to moderate sweetish-grainy finish, some strawy hops detectable. A pleasure and a good session beer…
