Inspired from the recent wave of pale ales, Dizzy uses Amarillo and Cascade hops from the USA combined with Tipple malt to make Dizzy refreshing and light.
Fresh, bright and full of zest, this straw coloured ale, with its' distinctive sharp character and a herbal or perfume like aroma. This light refreshing beer has a clean zesty hop dominated palate complemented by a crisp dry finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - may have picked this up from the Co-op. Pours clear, pale gold with a modest, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with neutered pale bread, haircuts, citric hops, a little tangerine, crunchy straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Further citrus notes and pale biscuits to finish. So so beer.

Bottle from my local off-licence โWine Rackโ. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium sized creamy white head. Aromas of caramel, biscuits and peppery spice with light notes of citrus and floral. Taste is again very similar to the aroma with the same notes, more caramel and biscuits, lots of peppery spice and more citrus lemon and a touch more floral coming through. Also some herbal notes. Malty, low bitterness and dry sweetish finish. Thin to medium body, low carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Decent Blonde Ale

Cask at Swan with Two Necks, Stockport (not listed in RateBeer). Pours a pale lemon with a small foamy white head and good lacing. Thereโs malts and bread rolls in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet but hoppy, with some metallic character also. After a while citrus and grapefruit start to show through. Slight bitterness in the finish. This is OK, but not very exciting.

Cask 1/3 pint, gravity dispense, at the 16th Twickenham Beer & Cider Festival. Golden colour, white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity hops. The flavour is fruity, but also dryish and "dusty". Easy drinking and refreshing.

500ml bottle. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, gluey, cardboard, hay. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet, with a smooth, yeasty, light, malty, floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
