On tap at Mikkeller Stockholm. (vintage 2021) Hazy red with a small head. Tart with peach, cherries, oak and funk. Not the best one from Baghaven bit still a pleasant one.

Hazy red, white head. sour and tart aroma, well sweetned by red fruits, end result is very interesting and complex with gueuze like sourness and also leather, cheese and of course fresh fruits. Super nice and complex aroma. Even though it is pretty tart and sour, it does not really come off that way, the fruits are well blended in, and there is a subtle bitter balance to also distract from the sourness. this is 2020 on the bottle, it has aged very well, really feels like a whole, not the individual parts. Very refreshing and easy drinking as it is now.

Head gone in seconds, almost clear crimson red beer. Strange sweetish, almost soupy seeming nose - coriander?? - and sweet cherries. Again this coriander-like flavour. Also peach, nectarine, lactic acid. Acidthinning and -burn. I'm aware no coriander has been added, but there is a taste here I don't dig, and reminds me of the infernal weed.

Sour and tart, a touch acidic. Fruity with ripe peaches mixed with some baked ones, some citrus, a bit of funk. Pretty soft. Nice.

375 ml bottle. Cloudy orange / pale red, small head. A lot of funk, overripe strawberries, light red wine, some apricot, some balsamic vinegar, wooden barrel notes. Dry sourness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour funky finish. Really good!
