0.5 l bottle from 'Homberg's große Bierwelt', best before July 2026. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, moderately floral aroma of honey, grains and light straw. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral taste of honey, grains and some straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant brew, maybe a bit one-dimensional.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, dense, firm, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, snow white head. Minimally starchy, sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty, and minimally fruity hoppy aroma, a touch of yellow stone fruit and mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty, mildly bitter and minimally fruity hoppy, a touch of mandarine and yellow stone fruit.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, not overly aromatic - OK.

Poured an orangey color with mild head. Taste and aroma is malts. A pretty decent bock, nothing new but well done enough.

Flasche bei Craftbeer-Shop.com bestellt. Leicht trüber goldener Körper mit ungefähr 1 cm breitem Schaum. Aroma: Hopfen, Malz. Geschmack: Mittlere süße, etwas schwerer, Karamell, Nuss, Malz.

Bottle from Moravius. Thanks! Clear blond colour. Nose of honey, caramel, sweet malts. Tast is sweet and malty, a bit perfumy. Light bitter hoppy finish.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen and der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 31st December 2022 listening to Dry Cleaning - Stumpwork and baking bread for our big NYE Fondue in the woodoven outside. Pours clear gold with a white head, looks good. Very much malt driven but easy drinking for the abv. A little bready and some cereal, some sweeteness, a little bit bready, it's a very nice beer.

Appearance: clear deep gold with a moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: solid malt, candy, fruity notes, noble hop. Moderately sweet and bitter. Hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium to full body, appropriate carbonation Overall: good.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, colore giallo limpido, al naso malto miele e ananas, in bocca miele cereali, corpo rotondo, l’alcool si sente ma non disturba, carbonazione moderata, molto dolce con amaro moderato. Non è il mio prototipo di Bock, un po' troppo dolce ma comunque una birra onesta. c. Cantina della birra 06.03.21
