500ml bottle. Opalescent, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, sulphureous head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, notes of malt lozenge, a touch of dried fruit, honey overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally nutty, caramel malty and mildly bitter hoppy, minimalyl yeasty fruity, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of toffee, dried fruit.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, well balanced, relatively "dunkler" Heller Bock - very nice.
