0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before May 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral and moderately grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, grains and some fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and a touch of white pepper, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very solid Pils with subtle aromatic hopping and a certain dryness.

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, white head. Minimally spicy, pale malty and slightly grassy, minimally herbal, hoppy aroma, weak hints of nettle, a minimally mineral touch. Taste is mildly bitter, grassy and slightly fruity, minimally herbal, hoppy, pale malty basis with low residual sweetness and a minimally spicy touch, hints of nettle, lemon balm.
Watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well hopped, drinkable - quite nice.

330 ml bottle. Almost clear dark golden with a small head. Honey, grassy hops, malt, grain, straw, hay. Hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy bittersweet finish. Rather bold and malty Pils, but nice though!

Reutberger Kloster-Pils, Fläschchen von Ambrosetti. - Satt goldgelb, blank. (29.1.2022.)

A golden color when poured with a nice frothy head. Definately can taste the malt and hops. Not too bitter.

Bottle. Nice aromatic noble hops in the aroma. Golden, Fine pearling, white lace. Spritzy base, really nice hop aromatics, flowery aftertaste. Good one.

Bottle at the Klosterbräustüberl. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is classic old world grassy aroma hops, pale malts, earthy. Taste is earthy-herbal hops, juicy malts, dry, spicy and crisp. Big-bubbled carbonation. A very nice Pils!

Clear golden with almost no head. Aroma is wet moss, cardboard, straw, bitter and sweet malt, ash. Taste is very bitter dust with only a tiny bit of bready malt sweetness. Not much carbonation. Finish of more straw and bitter dust. Would be light and drinkable if there was not this bitter dust. There was not really anything likable about this one.
