Bottiglia.

Creamy white head stayed on a hazy amber coloured still body. Minimal aroma of malt & cat piss. Medium bodied, smooth on the fore with well carbonated back & cloying aft. Sweet malt, sweet citrus, berries, grass, flour & fruity tastes with tangy hoppy finish. Standard.

330ml can. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is pilsner malt, light citrus woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malty, light pepper spice, hop bitter palate. A solid session pilsner with some flavour.

11/IX/19 - 33cl can from Moor Taproom (Bermondsey, London), shared @ home, BB: 5/II/20 - (2019-1368)
Clear blond to orange beer, big creamy bit irregular white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity touch, pears, malty, bit sweet impression, marzipan. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: oh my, why can't every pilsner taste like this? Lovely stuff! Bit sweet, malty, lovely bitterness, fruity notes, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: hint of vanilla, caramel malts, little fruity, some banana, soft bitterness, dry, little herbal, more vanilla and banana notes. Very nice one!
Paired with a chilli and pepperoni salami pizza. Lovely combo!

Can at home in Hackney - sourced via Honest Brew. Pours totally clear honey-gold with a big, frothy white head. It's a serviceable lager, a little on the sweet and pale grainy side to start, but there's some husky and grassy bitterness that comes through afterwards to sort things out a bit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with bready biscuits, soft grass, straw. The overall impression is, in the end, rather positive.

Keg at the Moor Vaults, Bermondsey. Light yellow, clear with a reasonable white head. Grainy aroma with edges of citrus. Sweet taste with sugary bread, kaffir lime. Some medicinal sourness on the finish. Heavy carbonation. A lovely pilsner.
