Clear ammber with large white head. Aroma is nuts butter chestnut some roast. Taste is bitter herbs with some sweet nuts and butter. Smooth and nice. Cool.

Bottle. Clear orange color with white head. Aroma is caramel, earthy, buttery. Taste is caramel, buttery, floral, rather sweet. Natural carbonation. Not bad!

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, caramel, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours dark golden with a small white head. Hay, sulphur and bread. Sweet. Medium bodied.

(swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and slowly lacing off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly bready cara-malty aroma with a whiff of herbal hops and very subtle fruity notes. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Hearty malty base with shy notes of caramel, nuts and smoke/ashes, accompanied by herbal accents; medium-dry, sweet-bitter and slightly cara-malty finish with a light hoppy presence. Well-balanced Festbier. 17.II.10

bottle, mit Dank an joss! Clear deep golden colour with an amber glow, large white head. Full-bodied, intensively malty with a shy but aromatic hoppy touch. Well-crafted, delicious beer.
