Keg at Moor Vaults, 16//01/20. Black with a decent tan covering that retains well. Nose is dried fruits, molasses, burnt sugar, toffee, prunes, light oak, calvados barrel evident. Taste comprises fruit cake, boozey tunes, dark chocolate nibs, light spice balance, raisins, light charred edge, mellow calvados, hint of liquorice, dusty brown sugar glaze. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced warming boost. Solid stuff.

Jakis taki nieco zgryzliwy... ostry... nie porywa. No i chyba taki beczkowy aldehyd? To mozliwe? W tle kawa? Ciemne owoce? Przytlumione. Niespecjalnie z cialem
