Eingeschenkt offenbart sich ein Fest der Sinne. Ein blondes, samtiges Bier mit feiner Naturtrübung. Es verströmt einen betörend fruchtigen Duft. Haferflocken und eine sanfte Bittere verleihen ein weiches Mundgefühl.
Das Alphatier markiert sein Revier innerhalb der IPAs als Hopfensmoothie: fruchtig, frisch und frech!

Draught at Cafe Lassa, medium creamy head, murky yellow color, citrus and herbs,hint of onion and grapefruit, Mellow bitterness. Quite nice and drinkable.

Cloudy yellow with a beautiful white head. Nose: citrus fruit, exotic fruit, dank. Medium minus body, average carbonation. Taste: purely fermented, fruity, citrusy, peach and mango as well. Additional dank and light hop burn. Light to medium bitterness. Quite good, especially in comparison to all those endless Austrian lagers.

Bottle picked up from Interspar, Kufstein and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Sunday 1st September 2019. Listening to New Model Army - Winter (and yet it is boiling hot today) and cooking Beer Roasted Pork Shoulder with a Plum Sauce (plums from the garden) and making a Roasted Plum Ice Cream for tonight. Pours murky, milky pale yellow with a white head. It's juicy but also displays a little bitterness for a NEIPA (but I like it). Soft in the mouth, sone grapefruit, this is nice.

Pajiza muy turbia de mínima espuma. Aroma resinoso. En boca es cremosa y muy lupulada, resinosa, pino, y también notas de frutas tropicales. Gran sabor y notable amargor final.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Citrus, grapefruit, hop. Taste: Medium to over medium hopbitterness, pine, resinous, pretty subtle (for a NEIPA) citrus, orange zest and grapefruit. Hopbitter finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice one.
