Eingeschenkt offenbart sich ein Fest der Sinne. Ein blondes, samtiges Bier mit feiner Naturtrübung. Es verströmt einen betörend fruchtigen Duft. Haferflocken und eine sanfte Bittere verleihen ein weiches Mundgefühl.
Das Alphatier markiert sein Revier innerhalb der IPAs als Hopfensmoothie: fruchtig, frisch und frech!

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - fuzzy golden coloured pour with a white head. Citrus fruity hoppy and malty, satsuma, lemon, mango, pale malty support, hoppy light spicy bite into the finish.

Bottle. Murky, opaque ochre body, small thick white head. Heavy aroma, oats, sharp, sweetish, some mild fruity-hoppy touches. Taste... sweetish maltiness, vague citric and apricot hoppiness. Bitter touches, ends astringent. Huh. Old sadly, love the label, but old.

Draught @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours cloudy yellow with an offwhite head, light lacings. Aroma of light malt, bread, grass, light citrus. Flavor is light bitter, malt, light bread, grass, fruity hops, citrus, orange, light pine. Medium body, average to lively carbonation. 041018

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, murky orange to golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready malty nose with citric, sweaty and delicately resiny hops. Sweet-bitter and slightly tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Initially mildly sweet malty and yeasty taste with rather late arriving hops character including notes of resin, citrus and a slightly grassy edge, the latter especially towards the sweet-bitter finish. Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Some nice and fresh citrus aromas. Very light in body, almost watery. Fruity, and dry but never overly bitter. Pretty good example. 270618
