Juicy, Hazy, Smooth. Mehr Hopfen geht nicht – Echt nicht!
Eingeschenkt offenbart sich ein Fest der Sinne. Ein blondes, samtiges Bier mit feiner Naturtrübung. Es verströmt einen betörend fruchtigen Duft. Haferflocken und eine sanfte Bittere verleihen ein weiches Mundgefühl.
Das Alphatier markiert sein Revier innerhalb der IPAs als Hopfensmoothie: fruchtig, frisch und frech!

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Piney and citrusy, slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, lemon, some passion fruit, a touch of papaya. Taste is minimally papery, tropical and citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly piney, hints of passion fruit, some papaya, a touch of pineapple. NEIPA without punch.

Orange, murky body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of grapefruit juice, medium dankness, berries, passion fruit, some grass.
Tastes similar, with a biscuity malt body.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, very citric, medium juicy, a bit dank, a bit sweet, fruity.
Tasty. Juicy and a bit dank, while also very crisp, with a lovely grapefruit character throughout. Greatly balanced, just enough biscuity malt body, high drinkability. Lovely stuff.

0.33 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before May 2018. Hazy, golden yellow with a thin, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, very fruity, slightly grassy aroma of pineapple, lemon, some passion fruit and a touch of grass. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity and slightly grassy taste of pineapple, lemon, passion fruit and oats, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant, juicy IPA with an intensely fruity character.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is maracuja, and loads of it, with some biscuity malts, but it’s a little bit muted by the yeasts. Taste is resinous, tropical fruits, fresh yeast. Silky mouthfeel. Nice one!

Orange cloudy, small white head color. smells mango, some pines, passion fruit, very nice smell. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes mango, passion fruit, some pines, bit earthy, light oats, light candy. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of mango, passion fruits and some lemon grass. very nice one, just a tad heavy, but overall very good to drink. 8, 4, 7, 3, 16

330ml bottle from trade with Sebelinz. Many thanks! Proper murk in the appearance. Nice citric orange nose. Taste is smooth, oaty, soft fruits, some breakfast juice. Yeah it’s decent for the style.

Tap at RJ. Moderate bitterness, light malty sweetness but not very much malty flavour. Hops centered, juicy fruitiness, exotic, slightly zesty. Tasty, looking good (hazy af), overall great.

ziemlich hässliche trübe Farbe, aber aromatisch finde ich es inzwischen recht gut: Es hat schöne fruchtige Aromen nach Pfirsich 🍑, Ananas 🍍 und Mango🥭, die gut im hegigen Bett 🛏️ liegen und recht leicht und bekömmlich sind.

"Ich habe einmal von meiner Frau ein Bierbrau-Set mit einem 5l-Glastank bekommen. Dabei war auch eine Auswahl an amerikanischen Aromahopfenpellets. Ich habe mir gewacht, "Schade um den guten Hopfen." und rein in die Würze. Herausgekommen ist eine trübe Pampe, die so bitter und grasig geschmeckt hat, dass ich den Großteil meiner Baukunst dem Abfluss übergeben habe. Dieser hat dann noch 2 Wochen danach gerochen.
Warum ich das hier erzähle? Weil dieses Bier haargenau wie dieses Zeug ist. Im Glas sieht es aus wie Silo-Abwasser und es schmeckt so komisch, dass man einen Gesichtsausdruck aufsetzt wie der Koboldmaki auf dem Ettiket.
Der Werbespruch "Mehr Hopfen geht nicht!" passt auf jeden Fall. Es bleibt nur die Frage, ob man das will.
Meiner Meinung nach ist es ein verunglücktes Experiment bei dem es schade um die Zutaten und den Aufwand dahinter ist."
