(Cask at White Horse, Parson's Green, London, 25 Nov 2018) Amber colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, fruity, slightly smoky nose with notes of apricots, rye, smoke and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange peel, rye bread, a touch of smoke (less than in the nose) and a sweetish finish with a moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. On the sweet side, but tasty and fairly well balanced with a mild smoke note. Nice one.
