Bottle 50cl. poured into a footed pilsner glass. Brilliant medium amber colour, good creamy off-white haed, slowly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, some roast (esp. tretronasal), caramel, grain, hay. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, dough, caramel, light roast. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, caramel and roast notes, nice.

Amber colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops and caramel malty and mild grainy with good note of hops and caramel nice and easy to drink.

Klares, kupferfarbenes Bier; feinporige relativ stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase zurückhaltend, malzig, Karamell und etwas Kakao. Im Geschmack malzig, leichte Süße, wenig Kohlensäure, etwas Karamell und Schokolade, ziemlich süffig. Insgesamt solide.

Bottle from the Forchheim train station store. Goodbye drink with the Swedes in Bamberg and then on my walk to the station. Darker amber-red body I guess, off-white head. Creamy, grainy, sweetish, lightly floral aroma. Same taste - creamy, grainy, sweetish maltiness, with light floral touches. Okay!
