Bottle at home. Deeper, slightly copperish pour with an off white head. Toast, hay and white bread in the aroma, hay and bread in flavor with just a vague hint of grassyness and a touch more intense herbal character in the finish. Light to medium- bodied with soft to average carbonation. Works.

Clear dark golden with a foamy head. Roasted malt, slightly metallic, citrusy, some DMS, buttery. Dry citrusy metallic bitterness, malty buttery sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty citrusy metallic bittersweet finish. Nice Märzen / Festbier!

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Dark golden/amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, malty caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel, grain, light earthy and dry bitterish finish.

Bottled. Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is bready, some mild nutty, citrusy and herbal notes with a bit of sweetness as well. Flavour is bready, some grassy, floral, mild rye like notes as well as some nutty notes. Bodied.

50cl Flasche. Ein klares kräftig goldenes Bier mit einer weißen Schaumkrone. Aroma: kräftig malzig, dezent süß, Getreide, würziger Hopfen. Geschmack: kräftig dezent süß malzig, leicht würzig hopfig, unsüffig.

Staffelberg-Bräu Ährengold Festbier, Flasche per Post vom Landbierparadies. - Lichtes Goldbraun, klar. - Nase dezent karamellig-hellmalzig und arg mild hopfenwürzig mit einem Anflug von Zitrone und etwas Pappe. - Antrunk satt und etwas plump süßsauer hellmalzig mit ausgesprochen schwacher, blaß hopfenwürzig-orangenfruchtiger Hopfung, etwas Holzleim, ein wenig Bonbonsüße. Milder rezent, annähernd vollmundig, glatt. Im Abgang hallt die matt fruchtige Süße nach, weil die blasse Hopfung kein Gegengewicht bildet. - Für ein fränkisches Bier entschieden zu blaß gehopft. Light colored, small frothy head. Buttery, malty aroma. Complex flavor with pineapple, butter, fresh chesse and mango. Good lacing. A strong resemblance to Staffelberg Märzen, but this beer is even more fruity and has a bit cleaner palate.
