Bottle from Getränkeland, Hvidovre. Clear golden with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. This brings back a lot of memories from a time way before I knew anything about beer. I visited Rostock for a week with the my high school class and we drank a whole lot of this stuff. 181212

Fra fat på kafe i Rostock juni -08: god til maten vi spiste og en grei, forfriskende pils i sommervarmen. Tyske pilsener er som regel hakket over de norske, så også denne.

bottle from pivnizub - dík! Clear pale yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty, slightly dusty with some hops in the dry finish.

On tap at a bar in Rostock. Golden with white. creamy and persistent head. Aroma is to fresh malts. cereal. Flavour is moderate sweet. fruity. but with a final moderate bitter. perhaps a little watery. Carbonation is soft. Texture is oily. Body is medium.
