A wheat beer of Bavarian average firm in Gotland vintage. Over Yeast and with 60% wheat malt according to all the rules of art. Our wheat beer is a "Hefeweizen" which means the yeast is allowed to remain in the finished beer. This contributes to the flavor intensifies.

Muddy yellow with a small white head. Weak aroma of bread, banana and bubblegum. Sweet banana dominated flavour.

500ml Bottle (Thanks Gnoff) - Hazy amber with a small white head. Slightly spicy aroma with hints of banana. Fairly fruity taste with spice and more hints of banana. Not bad.

Bottled(500ml). -Cloudy orange coloured, huge white head, banana nose. Banana is also dominant here, with notes of vanilla and lemon. Pleasant light acidic wheaty finish. Good weizen.

Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. A hazy orange beer with a huge lazing orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of clovew, banana, and wheat. The flavor is primarily wheaty with a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

Bottle 0,5l. Orange/golden colored. Unclear. An OK creamy head that lasted for a while. Aroma of citrus. A bit diluted flavor of citrus and banana. Fruity aftertaste with a dry bitter finish.

Biggish coarseish white head does not last. Cloudy orange body. Thin chalky bananaish aromawith spicy oily herbal notes. Dryish herbal wheaty yeasty taste with chalky banana notes. Dry grassy banana notes. Dry grassy banana aftertaste with grapefruit notes. Mid-to-thin-bodied, rounds out when more yeast is added. Not bad. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Göteborg.)

Bottle, 5.2%. Rough breadiness in the aroma, metal and meat. Cloudy dark orange colour. Unstable head. Thin mouthfeel. Rough bitterness in the flavour, not spicy or estery. Has a little wheat mouthfeel in the finish. Quite boring.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, cloudy, with a frothy, white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity nose with green apples, banana, apricots and citric wheat notes. Fruity, wheaty taste with notes of banana, citrus and apricots. Nicely balanced, clean and fresh. Quite nice hefeweizen.

Re-rate from bottle: Apple and orange notes. Wheaty, light allspice. North Bavarian yeast? Light to medium body, sparkly mouthfeel Old rating from 7/31/2008 5 2 6 2 9 Bottle. Clove aroma. Murky orange, ustable head. Lightbodied, citrus and clove dominate. Spicy in the afterttaste - dry on the palate. Fresh, but a bit muddled.
