Bottle looks... its a bit too much. Beer in the glass not too turbid, small head. Starts fruity yeasty, notes of apricot, modest dry. Finish a bit spicy, well balanced hoppy notes. Nice!

Bottle (thanx to the lake of Constance!): Pale, hazy, greenish-golden, small white foamy layer with a lttle lace; hoppy yeasty nose with fruity undertones and a light mashy touch; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering dryish aromatic hoppy - almost a bit piney - finish, balanced by pale malt. Good Zwickel.......

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck - thanks!) Almost cloudy, yellow coloured hue with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty and mildly grainy malty aroma with fresh notes of citrus and herbal hops, accompanied by a sweaty touch of barnyard (in the positive sense). Bitter flavour with a touch of malty sweetness, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Yeasty pale malty and slightly grainy taste with citrus and herbal accents; quite dry and eventually a bit harsh yeasty- and hop-bitter finish. All in all a likeable Zwickel. 28.I.10

bottle, bought at the brewery. Slightly hazy yellow colour with a persistant white head. Hoppy nose. Slightyl malty with sourish hints and some woody-resiny hops. Very slightly yeasty.
