Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium brown amber colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, light roasted and chocolate, moderate yeasty, banana, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, yeast, chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle. A lighlty hazy, copper colored beer with a creamy, off-white head of moderates size. Some lacings. Quite pleasant blend of caramel and banana on the nose, some lemon and spices. Quite pleasant flavor too, with caramel and banana in the lead, and a fine bitterness towards the end. Nice bitterness in the finish. Effervescent and medium to full-bodied. A dunkel weizen the way I like it. 111105
