Citrus aroma, intensive notes of wheat and cloves. Brown color, white head. Flavor has light notes of oranges, yeast and some spices. Light astringent finish. A bit watery and not different to a pale wheat.

Bottle: Amber to deep amber coloured, nearly clear, rapidly diminishing loose off-white head; mainly caramelly and slight sourish-fruity nose; moderate sweet (caramel) and sourish flavour, a bit fizzy, light to medium bodied; chocolatey traces in the caramelly and fruity finish. Not bad at all......

(bottle) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Sweet and slightly sour-fruity, moderately wheaty aroma with banana, berries, toasty notes and a mildly clovy touch. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation for a wheat beer. Dark malty and wheaty taste with a tinge of banana and toasty notes, the latter slightly reminding me of peat and smoke a bit; moderately sweet and minimal acidic wheaty and slightly toasted finish with light clovy notes. A balanced and fine Dunkelweizen. 02.VII.10

Thanks to Quack-Duck for this one. Bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass a bit lighter than exspected, but okay. Starts malty, not too roasty, fine fruity like apricot. Some nutty notes in the end, a bit spicy, yeasty without being too dry. Nice!
