Keg at CASC, Aberdeen sampled April 2016. Pours clear, copper amber with an off-white head. Aroma, malt, caramel, biscuit, citrus hops, light herbal. Taste: moderate sweet & bitter, malt, biscuit, caramel, citrus, earthy, dry finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Old school malty.

Gulating Pub Stavanger 220717. Orange-amber color with a beige head. Aroma is citrus, fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is citrus, fruit, malt, hop, pine, grapefruit, caramel. Medium body. OK/ Nice beer.

Fra 0,33 boks på Mi2, Cardinal sep-17: uklar rødlig kobbergylden med flott skum som varer. Karameller, urter og bær i den fruktige aromaen og smaken. Fin biterhet og slank kropp gjør at den sklir raskt ned. Klokka har passert 21 men vi holder fortsatt en upåklagelig stil.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark amber with little off-white head. Aroma of caramel, bread, herbs. Tastes bitter with some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied, bitter finish dry mouth feel.

500 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. I hope this is the right HumanFish S.I.P.A. beer, no vintage nor the word "Harvest is mentioned on the label, which is different from the picture of the ordinary SIPA. ABV is 6.1%. Hops are Dana, Aurora and Cascade. Malts are Pale Ale, Munich and Aroma. Hazy reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Aroma of lightly roasted malts, piney and and grapefruity hops. Slightly dry flavour of roast malts and resinous hops, bitter finish.

Tap @ Gulating pub, Stavanger. Don�t now the vintage, but this was the only 6,1% registered on RB so I guess it�s the one. I.E. a 2016 edition IPA served July 2017. Clear amber body with a moderate sized tan head. Aroma is dominated by citric fruit and it�s quite nice, particular if it�s really more than 6 months. Flavor is still fresh and fruity with a certain malty sweetness and pleasant bitterness. Medium body and OK aftertaste. Pleasent, tasty and balanced.

(bottle, live at Baderbräu, Schnaitsee) Hazy, murky amber to brown color with a beige and short foamy head. Fruity, herbal and slightly resiny hoppy aroma with malty notes, caramel and chocolate. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Dry-ish malt character with spicy herbal and slightly fruity hops, accompanied by notes of chocolate, especially towards moderately bitter and delicately sweet finish with a herbal-spicy tail. Nice.13.III.17

Bottle at Baderbräu Schnaitsee. Aroma is buttery, chocolate, hoppy. Taste is chocolate, grassy-hoppy, earthy. Natural carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy dark copper pour with one finger slightly off-white head. Long lasting, really good retention. Thick lacing, really nice. Pleasant nose, grassy, bursting with hops. Notes of hay. Medium body, softly carbonated. Average texture, smooth and soft on the tongue. Pleasantly bitter taste. Aroma of hops, grass and herbs. Touch of honey. Slight woody notes. Decent malty presence. Dry mouthfeel. Lasting finish, dry and bitter. Overall, very tasty. Nicely balanced brew. Refreshing.

On tap at Hop In Zagreb. Darker amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, flowery hoppy nose. Malty, biscuity, light carameol, flowery herbal hoppy and notes of oranges with moderate bitterness in the finish. Good one.
