Cobra boxed set ordered from Premier Hop. Pale hazy orange. Marmalade. Thick frothy foamy white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Porridge. Low key citrus edge. Sweet and citrusy with a tart edge. Underlying resinous streak that then gains strength. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Dece, bruv.

Super hazy, deep orange and hazy golden, almost muddied straw coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall off-white head that fades slowly and shows the raw honey glowing body. Aroma of grass, alcohol, oranges, hay, resin, flowers, grapefruits and a touch of canned pineapple and the associated sweetness. Full-bodied; Very strong and rich malty notes show at first with a lot of body to overcome, but these hops do just that and show a good bitter, dry quality with some hay, grass and deep citrusey elements, all with a pleasant sweetness towards the end and an alcohol warmth that shows through as well. Aftertaste is rich and robust, with the deep citrusey aspects of the hops the strongest, but a grassy and very resinous note still very strong. Overall, a nice, balanced and strong 'real' Imperial IPA with some very nice bitter hop notes from the alpha acids, but the malt and sweetness show up well here and hide a lot of the punch the alcohol delivers here. Great to try, especially super fresh - I like this series and this one is no exception! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in McLean, Virginia on 21-July-2021 for US$6,49, canned on 14-April-2021 with the tagline 'HARD MASTER' sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-July-2021.

16oz can from Tavour. Deep golden, murky pour, small, creamy white head. Citrus punch aroma with floral notes. Taste adds elements of stone fruit, dankness and more flowery essence. Thick and creamy. A little alcohol warmth and lingering bite.

Can shared with my bro. It pours cloudy bright yellow - gold with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is ripe and fresh, peach, nectarine, mango, tangy and juicy, floury bread, apricot jam, touch green, weedy, dank, pine dust and spicy vibes. The taste is dry, green, weedy, dank, spicy, lovely bitter - sweet character, plump ripe fruits, nectarine, apricot, pithy orange, splash of campari, orange creamsicle, hint of gummy bears and lick of booze with a greenish, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely stuff. Flavourful and chuggable.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth and slightly soft pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Light hop spice and light smooth pine. Smooth and reasonably bright citrus, some riper citrus underneath. A persistent nibbly hop spice helps lift this one from good to very good. Most of the can has disappeared whilst I have been thInking about it, always a good sign! Finishes semi dry and with a long hop spicy linger. Quality will slip pass your analytical defenses in almost any walk of life. This beer is quality.
