Cloudy dark yellow with a typical Weizen head. Aroma: wheat bread, clove, additional banana, overripe apples. Taste: rather dry, bready, spicy. Light banana and apples. Some hop. Low to light bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: well drinkable, I'd like it to have more banana. It's my problem though.

Bottle 500 ml. Light yellow, cloudy, white foam. Aroma: cloves and similar spices, banana, wheat, yeast, slightly sour. Taste: sour and sweet, fruity, banana and cloves, sparkling, slightly watery.

Fruchtig, etwas getreidig, minimal grasig. Wird ab dem Mittelteil etwas trocken. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Kohlensäure. Insgesamt aber schon ganz OK.

Bottle picked up from REWE, Zolling and consumed at home Attenkirchen Sunday 12th January 2020 cooking Picadillo (Mexican Chile) and listening to Floating Points - Crush. Pours gold with a white head, a light haze shows. Interesting that I get a strong smell of cloves on the nose, not sure why? In the mouth this is quite pleasant, refreshing, wheaty, clean nose now the cloves appear to have disappeared. Soft mouthfeel, wheaty but with a creamy edge. Good but nothing out of the ordinary.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange, big foamy head. Banana, clove, yeast, metal. Mild bitterness. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonated, carbonation disappears quickly and beer becomes flat. Dont know what is wrong here.

Sweet aroma with hint of cloves. Extremely complex palate of cloves, banana and lemon. High carbonation, large head, very drinkable. Watery but not in a bad sense.
