That's a good beer. Warm, though.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear orange copper with a finger of foam that lingers. Biscuity malt nose with light orange and dank resin. Thin and dry on the palate w/ some grass and stone fruit. Bitter, orange zest finish. More like a session IPA really. --- Beer merged from original tick of Last Chance IPA on 18 Apr 2018 at 22:00 - Score: 6. Weird IPA, getting some strange vegetal-soap flavors backed by a metallic undercurrent. Nose has a rotting vegetation funkiness, not pleasant at all, with a hint of wet dog. I mean, this IPA smells really, really bad. Looks considerably better, but the taste is all over the place, pennies and ganja and old malt and Dial and caramel and citrus, at times okay, at times off as hell. Finishes with a solid bitterness offset by citrus, but nothing can save this beer. Scores higher than it should.

Sampled from bottle at the special Weyerbacher tasting in Getränke Oase. Murky Amber, low offwhite lace. Very herbal tea like nose. Lightbodied, light flat tinny, metallic, dry herb retronasal. Seemed a bit off.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is pure hop pellets, citrusy, spicy-earthy. Taste is juicy orange, a bit earthy, toasted malts, bittersweetish slightly warming finish. Oily mouthfeel. Not bad, but the pure hop pellet aroma is not for me.

Bottle from Bert’s Slightly hazy light golden color with a decent sized bubbly white head. Earthy pine and resin with a sweet bready maltiness to back it up. Not quite as dry as I’d like but its a decent beer.
