Atop one of our base DIPA malt bills we have lavished this creamy decadent DIPA with a truly panoramic vista of fruit and pine hop flavours, all courtesy of the superstar hop grouping of Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe. Orange, mango, pineapple and grapefruit pop their heads above the piney parapet to say hello.

Can, Že v redu, Primož. Extra hazy, milky yellow, smaller white head, not too lasting. Lovely and sweet tropical nose, mango, pineapple with some citruses. Medium bitterness, ripe fruitiness, dry in the finish and a bit rubbery. Lots of resin in the finish, lasting aftertaste. Ligter body. A bit sharper in the taste, but nice.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, very mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness, nice base. Hops bring smooth pine, and a nice juicy piney citrus that says Idaho 7 plainly enough. Soft tropical fruits underneath, led by light creamy soft mango. The smooth finish brings a mellow citric peel bitterness. Sabro pineapple sits underneath, quite light, a little more would not have gone amiss. Nibbly hop spice on the finish. A most pleasant and drinkable affair.

Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen (13/05/2022) - opaque hazed up yellow with a white head. Big bold punchy fruity hits delivered, getting loads of pineapple and grapefruit, some mango and tangerine notes, juicy fruity, soft sweet creamy malts, medium body, robust hoppy finish. Lovely.
