W aromacie wyczuwalny nuty kawy, ciemnego chleba, gorzkiej czekolady w mniejszym stopniu wanilia. W smaku mocno czekoladowe, nuty chlebowe schodzą na dalszy plan, wyraźnie słodkie od beczki. Goryczka na niskim poziomie, alkohol delikatnie rozgrzewa przełyk.

Nice light brown fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, dark sugar, vanilla, bourbon, oak, chocolate, minerals, butterscotch, soil, raisins, weeds. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, bark, bourbon, old rope, dark sugar, oak, weeds, minerals, soil, harsh vanilla, grass, dark malts, hints of licorice. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - pours black with a tan covering. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, caramel, toffee, fudge, earthy burnt dark malty nuances, full bodied, resonating bourbon into the dark malty finish.

Tasting at Matt's
Black colour with compact brown head. Strong roasted malt character, smooth mouthfeel, some sourness from the dark malts, booze, moderate sweetness, burnt sugar in the finish. Not much evidence of bourbon, but it's quite boozy.
Good.

330mL bottle, pours jet black with a medium brown head. Aroma brings out intense rye barrels, sludgy caramel, and fudge. Flavour is along the same lines, with fudge, rye whiskey barrels, earthy sludgy notes, and a touch of cocoa. Rather sludgy and fudge-like, with a thick palate. Not exactly my kind of BA beer, but it's pretty nice. Overrated, but good.

BB 30.03.2019. black color, small coffee colored head. smells of molasses, earthy, grassy, bitter herbal, candy, bit nutty. nice smell. full body, almost no carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, peppery, light molasses, some booze, nutty, light hazelnuts, light bitter chocolate, light lactose, spices. finishes lightly boozy and lightly sweet with notes of earth, nuts and some molasses. rather drinkable. no barrel character detectable, a bit on the boozy side, not bad.

[ As Golem Lilith Bourbon Barrel Aged ].Dark black brown colour with virtually none head, very tiny off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, light coffee, light vanilla - alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, dark chocolate, bourbon vanilla, caramel.
