Pour is a cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is pils malt, grass and some lemon. Flavor is more bready pils malt with some sourness on the back end. Still this is very drinkable with a nice crackery malt backbone.

Can to mug.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with some transparency, two finger white foamy head slid off to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft biscuity/white bready maltiness; crisp herbal to grassy tones, delicate grassy hoppiness.
Flavor: subtly blends the prior aromas to a semi-brisk sweetness; super light aftertaste of some bread/biscuits
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable, finishes semi-dry but crisp and quaint
Overall: for the most part, I'd say a good Helles lager, perhaps just a wee lighter than others I've had.
