Bottle 500ml. [ As Weißenoher green MONKey Mandarina ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, orange - mandarin. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, orange - mandarin notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150227]

500ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, mandarine notes, a zesty touch. Taste is fruity hoppy, minimally bitter, pale malty, subtle sweetness, hints of mandarine and orange zest.

Bottle. An unclear one, pale golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma is quite orangey, with some pale malts and a resiny, grassy note. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Medium body. Orange, mandarin or similar in the flavor, with a nice bitterness, and some pale malts in the back. Grass and pine cones. Lasting finish. A tasteful and quenching one I’d like to have more of. The Mandarina hops does much good to this beer. 150227

Hell dumpfer Hopfenantrunk, dann deutlich bitter. Von da an sehr bitter bleibend, wenig hopfig, schlechter als die Polaris Variante. 9/8/7/7/8/8

50cl bottle. BBE 11.05.15. Pours clear golden, thick white head. Strong grainy aroma, herbal and woody notes. Really fresh grain aroma. Flavor has tangeringe, mild sweetness, grain, mild woody notes. The finish is all about tangerines. I also like the grainy notes here, they are really pleasant, like having them freshly harvested in your hand. Pleasant. High drinkability. Looking forward to try the other monkeys I have in the fridge.

Draft. Straw, toffee and barley malt aroma. Cloudy brown with moderate head. Lightly sweet light chocolate malt and lightly bitter hay flavor. Very pleasant.
