Tap at Craft Room. Hazy golden body, white head. Soft aroma, flowery and mildly peppery, some saison esters. Medium body, subtle sorachi evident over malty and fruity sweetness. Nice take on the sub-style, with the hop complementing the yeast- and malt-produced flavors well. Personally, I'd like it just a tad drier but... Who cares.

Tap. Dry spicy, citric, light iron, light dill. Cloudy yellow, offwhite lace. Medium mellow foaming mouthfeel, light hayish malt, citrus and dill, lemon peel retronasal.

0.33 bottle very fresh at The Crowbar, Munich. Straw yellow, medium head fading fast. Sour, exotic fruity nose. Nice funky Belgian Saison. Great use of the classic Sorachi Ace flavor, lemongrass Asian notes. 6% alcohol.

Tap, as "Sorachi Saison, 7.0%" at Lange Nacht der Brauereien 2017. Murky yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, dill, a touch of spices. Taste is dill, dill, spicy yeasts. High carbonation. Somehow works, but I’m not the biggest fan of Sorachi Ace...
