Jack-O's cinnamon and nutmeg aromas recall memories of freshly baked pumpkin pie. It has the ideal balances of seasonal spices with a crisp, refreshing finish. This pumpkin ale pairs perfectly with the transition of summer into cooler days and nights.

Bottle from Busch's. Pours a clear copper with a finger of beige head that lingers. Clove, nutmeg and light cinnamon dominate the nose. Some caramel as it warms up. Crisp and clean on the palate. More pumpkin spice notes, light caramel, vanilla and slight caramelized honey. Balanced, with a finish that leans dry.

Lemony pumpkin, hmm, gives it an odd sweet note

Its a 12 oz bottle...strong allspice aroma along with a little pumpkin and if I just had some reddi whip it may be pie. Flavor is sweeter than I would like, which causes the spices to be lost.... Also the finish is watery.

First time in the States since the pandemic, celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving with some friends. A slight haze, golden-amber colour with a white frothy head, good retention and some decent lacing. A nice pumpkin spice aroma with the nutmeg, and light cinnamon. The base of grainy malts do a nice job to balance things. The spices continues in the taste, still nicely blending with the malty base. A touch too rich in the end. but still - always been a fan of pumpkin beer, as the fall seasonal brew.

12oz bottle picked up at Harmons. Pours clear dark amber with a medium sized biege head that dissipates quickly, some lacing. Cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spices. Ok

Pours a muted bronze with a thin white head. Good lacing. Aroma of sweet molasses, pumpkin, cinnamon. Taste has exceptionally over sweetened pumpkin notes, some apple, lightly spiced like a pie. Palate has light hints of rum, more lingering sweetness like a shandy. Better described as a pumpkin shandy, far too candy-like.

The Aromas are basically very heavy on pumpkin spice and not much else. Flavors are very similar to nose, lots of pumpkin spice and sweet but somewhat balanced by carbonation. Slight medicinal finish.

Pours a near clear copper from a bottle. Big pumpkin spice, cinnamon aroma and flavor. Verrrrrrrry sweet. Meh.
