Can picked up from Craftbeer webshop Parchim and consumed at home Thursday 8th May 2025 after another day of going to/from the builders merchants, this time in Regen. We're having homemade Pastitsio tonight for tea and listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music it's Round Table tonight. Pours clear warm gold, with a fast disappearing white head. I'm beginning to think that a lot of this beer is the can design, interestingly it doesn't taste 8%, it's malty, there's a soft mouthfeel, but really not doing anything for me, not bad but also not great, I've had big macro strong lagers that have had more character.

Lattina. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di speziato e di vegetazione. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata, con durata buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano sentori di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, frutta passita, etilico e alcol presente.

Flight at BREW., Lisbon, Portugal. Pours amber brown, clear, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is malty and honey, towards chestnut honey. Body is average, with limited carbonation. Taste is medium-high sweet, in particular in the final (though not a long final). In the end, you can also feel the alcoholic tenor and intensity, for a pleasant feeling.

lattina 33 cl, (Maibock), schiuma bianco sporco fine media persistenza, colore ambrato chiaro velato, al naso è ben luppolata agrumi marmellata di pesche e note erbacee, in bocca miele malto cereali leggermente agrumata, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato (pericolosamente bevibile), leggera astringenza e farinosa, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Buona ben fatta. c. Cantina della birra 16.02.24
