Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy dense deep beige head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, good roast, cofee. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, hoppy, grassy bitterness, malty, deep strong roast, some alcohol. Aftertaste: very bitter, cocoa powder, dry, spicy, very bitter hoppy finish.

Can purchased and drunk in Minori. Consumed with smoked provolone rucola ravioli from a local artisan, which are amazing. Black beer with big head. Lightly roasted coffee and lemon nose, big West Coast C-hops aroma. Flavor is super balanced with mild roastiness and smooth citrusy bitterness & acidity that's perfect on the Amalfi coast. Superb dry black IPA!

33cl can. pitch black colo with a bubbly tan head, fine, but not so persistent. Flavor is thick in charcoal, strong toasted notes, mineral, defrost, medium maltiness and strong hops with an hint of citrus and orange, strong bitterness in the drry finish.

Canned, 330 ml at Bidendum, Napoli. Black with beige head. Nice hoppiness, some pine, solid bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma color cappuccino fine persistente, colore marrone intenso nero, al naso intenso luppoli resina poi malto tostato caffè note erbacee, in bocca è cremosa malto tostato agrumi leggero caffè resina e una punta di tabacco, corpo medio, carbonazione leggera, amaro moderato. Non è uno dei miei stili preferiti ma la ritengo buona e ben fatta. c. Cantina della birra 10.06.23

A fruity, hoppy and balanced black IPA, very well done and super drinkable. This was a nice first birthday beer.

Can at Fa Tu, San Nicola Archella, Calabria, 3rd April 2023. Pours a black beer. Aroma is cocoa, aromatic, citrus. Taste is assertive, cocoa, bitter, grapefruit and everything I like in a BIPA. Very good.

330ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with averagr to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige head. Roasty, chocolately, minimally nutty, dark malty and piney, grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of scallions, hints of coffee, a touch of Brazil nut, orange peel. Taste is bitter, piney, grassy, slightly zesty, hoppy and bitter, roasty, minimally nutty, dark malty, notes of coffee, hints of Brazil nut, some orange peel, hints of scallions; lingering, bitter roasty and bitter hoppy finish.. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, soft carbonation. Well balanced, harmonious and homogeneous, intense and discreet at the same time - very good!
