Bottle sourced from Beerdome - New 🇪🇸 brewery ✅ pours black with a nice foamy brown head. Dark sweet and roasted malty, decadent chocolate, sweet caramel notes, sweetness intensifies as the Pedro Ximenez induced barrel ageing kicks in, sweet dark dried fruit shed, full bodied, warming lingering dark malty close. Gorgeous.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, thanks VastActiv, at Arde, 20211008) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized, dense and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, wood and port wine. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, cocoa powder and bitterness. A pleasant burnt brew barrel notes.

Pours black, slower rising, tanned head. Stable, surprisingly stable. Creamy texture. Scent is roasty, some coffee, mild wood, no clear PX just yet. dark dried fruits. Taste is full, roasty, mild ashy notes, some coffee. PX barrel is very hidden. Tad tart almost (not troublesome, but noticable) . PX is lost, unfortunately.
