Bottle picked up from the brewery online Webshop and consumed at home, Wednesday 17th February 2021 listening to Marc Riley on 6Music, we had Mushroom Risotto for tea. Pours cloudy light yellow gold with a white head. Nice wheatiness throughout, more clove than banana, fresh. Good beer, more full flavoured than expected.

Amber with medium white head. Aroma is wet yeasts banana straw toast slight nuts. Taste is shallow sour yeast and slight bitter finish. Drinkable. Ok.

Tap. Hazy dark orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, a touch bananas. Taste is bananas, cream, a touch straw. Medium carbonation. Okay Weizen.

Bottled at TEJA tasting. Hazy deep golden, rich head. Fruity nose with baking yeast and banana. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Overripe banana and caramel. Low bitterness.

* Old rating, 0,5l crown-top bottle, best before 11.2006. Mild-fruchtiges Weißbier. Schöne Hefenote, hauch von Säure. Mild-weich, fruchtig mit vielleicht einem Hauch zu viel Süße. Lecker!

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig fruchtig, minimal würzig.

Mild hefiger Antrunk, leichte Süße, getreidig. Dabei wenig fruchtig, monoton wirkend. Zum Ende langsam würzziger und etwas klebrig werdend. OK. 9/8/8/8/9/8

Slightly cloudy pale golden with a big head. Light aroma of bananas and apricots. Fruity, creamy mouthfeel, with bananas and sour apples dominating through to the soft finish.

Bottle (copyright by joss!): Hazy, deep golden, bigger fluffy & loose off-white head, quite slowly collapsing; fresh lemony-fruity nose with wheat, yeast - and hops (!) - in the background plus extremely faint traces of cloves; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour with a light bitterness, light to medium bodied, quite smooth; light aromatic hoppy traces in the sweet malty and sourish lemony finish. Chapeau! A heavily diluted copy of the Schneider Hopfen Weiße........
