Ein schönes altbayrisches Weizenbier. Unverzichtbar zu Weißwürsten und Brezn, aber auch zu leichten Speisen eine Vollmundige Ergänzung.

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a big but collapsing off-white foamy head. Fruit-accented aroma of citrus and lime with a moderate wheat-character, cara-malt, cloves and a touch of resiny hops. Bitter and slightly tart flavour with a faint sweetness towards the finish. Wheaty and cara-malty taste with moderate fruity notes and spicy phenols, mostly cloves; delicately bitter and slightly sour fruity finish with resiny hops and a balanced late arriving malty sweetness. Aromatic Ur-Weizen. 13.I.09
