Unserem goldgelben Krombacher Hell liegt eine sorgfältige Auswahl spezieller Malzsorten und feinster Siegelhopfen zugrunde. Die dezente Hopfennote sorgt zusammen mit unserem Felsquellwasser dafür, dass Krombacher Hell ein weniger herbes Bier ist, das von einer sehr angenehmen Malzsüße zu einem vollmundigen und süffigen Biergennuss abgerundet wird.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy strawy aroma. Taste is strawy, grassy, pale malty, very subtle sweetness; close to watery. Standard, mediocre, boring Helles, maybe a μῦ hoppier than Bavarian average.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Strawy and slightly doughy malty aroma with grainy spots and just a whiff of herbal hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Plain pale malt-character with strawy and shy grainy notes; moderately sweet malty and restrained bitter finish. A tad boring and neutral but nevertheless clean and smooth Helles; not worse than most of its counterparts from Lower Bavaria. 12.II.14
