Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Günzburg and consumed at home Wednesday 24th September 2025 listening to ByteFM and cooking Courgette Rotolo with a Lemon and Herb Ricotta Stuffing. Pours warm gold edging towards orange in colour with a mid/large foamy white head. Hitting the right pointers with aroma and taste , there's a yeastiness, a little citrus, banana and wheatiness, this is a very nice Hefeweizen.

From old tasting notes. Deep golden color. Lots of tiny bubbles lead to a big creamy white head. Yeasty, fruity malt aroma. Sweet, smoky wheat malt flavor with a faint clove note. Fruity character throughout. Brief sweet malt finish and aftertaste. Very refreshing.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of clove, wheat and yeast. Taste of mild sweet banana, phenolic esters and yeast, nothing special.

Clear yellow with little white head. Aroma is bubblegum, phenols, banana. Taste is sweet, almost like a Weizenbock, more banana stuff. Smooth mouthfeel. A little watery though. Not bad.

Bottle. Cloudy golden, offwhite cream. Minerally dead, clove banana aroma. Medium light foamy, estery. Muddy.
