An Palisander erinnert die Farbe des mystisch trüben Bieres, auf dem ein cremefarbener Schaum thront. Fruchtige, hefige Noten werden von Röstmalzaromen begleitet. Im Antrunk schmeckt man die dunkle Süße, die ein weiches cremiges Mundgefühl verbreitet. Die starken Malzaromen maskieren die Hopfenbittere, die im guten Pilsbereich liegt. Geradezu vollmundig erscheint das Bier, das dank seiner Kohlensäure immer noch ein frisches Gefühl vermittelt. Im Abgang klingt das Bier sehr weich aus.

33cl bottle. Pours clear dark orange-brown colour with a huge good lasting light beige head. Aroma of toasted malt, dry hopy, nuts. Taste is sweet malty, grainy, nuts, toasted malt, mild hops.

Small Swing-Top Bottle, drink in Essen. Piwo dość ciekawe pianka srednia i mało trwala. Zapach chmielowy i intensywny zwłaszcza w początkowej fazie. Kolor herbaciany, miedziany i metny. Posmak ciasteczkowy trochę nut korzennych i ziolowych. Lekka slodowosc. Zabraklo chlebowych i zbozowych smakow. Na końcu jest dlugi goryczkowy finisz co nieco zaskakuje przy tym stylu.

Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Pours mahogany colour with small foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty flavour, dried fruit and yeasty bread noticeable.

0,33l bottle, best before 22.06.2015. Smooth-mild, nicely hopped beginning. Malt, dry caramel, worth. The aftertaste gets a bit more dry, still smooth-malty, nearly no sweetness, hints of burned caramel, nice dusty yeasty hints.

Würziger, leicht süß röstiger Antrunk. Wenig karamellig, bitterer werdend, dann durch die Röstigkeit etwas trocken. Rund malzig, bitter bleibend. 11/11/10/11//11
